Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on kyrexstore.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated 29 September 2026. Versi Bahasa Malaysia di bawah.
1. Who we are
kyrexstore.com is operated by Kyrex Trading (SSM 202103263361 / RA0076675-U), 19-1 Jalan Kelisa Emas 1, Taman Kelisa Emas, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. WhatsApp 013-456 2633 · support@kyrex.com.my.
2. Orders
An order is confirmed only when payment is received and you get our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or payment cannot be verified — you will be refunded in full. Pre-order items ship on the date stated on the product page. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable tax. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay: RM8 for Semenanjung Malaysia, RM15 for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Payment is processed by HitPay (FPX, Visa/Mastercard, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Atome). We never see or store your card details. Kyrex wallet credit can be used towards any order; any remaining balance is paid through HitPay.
4. Delivery
Orders are packed within 1–3 working days and delivered by Ninja Van or J&T. Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days for Semenanjung Malaysia and 5–8 working days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is picked up. We currently ship within Malaysia only. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — parcels returned because of a wrong address are re-sent at your cost.
5. Exchanges and refunds
Size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, items unworn with the hang tag string uncut. Refunds only for wrong, damaged or defective items. Full details, exclusions and how to start a return are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Kyrex wallet and cashback
Orders with item value of RM50 or more earn 10% of the item value as wallet credit, added when the order arrives. Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, never expires, and can only be spent on kyrexstore.com. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the cashback earned on it is removed from your wallet. Welcome credit granted to past customers follows the same rules.
7. Your account
An account is created with your email when you check out. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that email — there is no password. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.
8. Content and intellectual property
All designs, photographs, logos and text on this site belong to Kyrex Trading and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Product colours may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pesanan: Pesanan disahkan apabila bayaran diterima dan e-mel pengesahan dihantar. Kami boleh membatalkan pesanan jika stok habis, harga tersilap atau bayaran tidak dapat disahkan — bayaran akan dipulangkan sepenuhnya. Barang pra-tempahan dihantar pada tarikh yang dinyatakan di halaman produk. Pesanan yang tidak dibayar dibatalkan secara automatik.
Harga & bayaran: Semua harga dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM) termasuk cukai yang berkenaan. Kos penghantaran dipaparkan sebelum bayaran: RM8 Semenanjung Malaysia, RM15 Sabah, Sarawak dan Labuan. Bayaran melalui HitPay (FPX, Visa/Mastercard, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Atome). Kami tidak menyimpan butiran kad anda.
Penghantaran: Pesanan dibungkus dalam 1–3 hari bekerja dan dihantar oleh Ninja Van atau J&T. Anggaran masa penghantaran 2–5 hari bekerja (Semenanjung) dan 5–8 hari bekerja (Sabah, Sarawak dan Labuan). Nombor penjejakan dihantar melalui e-mel. Penghantaran dalam Malaysia sahaja. Pastikan alamat dan nombor telefon betul — bungkusan yang dikembalikan kerana alamat salah dihantar semula atas kos pelanggan.
Pertukaran & bayaran balik: Tukar saiz dalam 7 hari selepas terima, barang belum dipakai dan tali tag tidak dipotong. Bayaran balik hanya untuk barang salah, rosak atau cacat. Butiran penuh di Polisi Pemulangan.
Dompet & cashback Kyrex: Pesanan bernilai RM50 ke atas (harga barang) mendapat 10% kredit dompet apabila pesanan tiba. Kredit tiada nilai tunai, tidak boleh dikeluarkan atau dipindahkan, tidak luput, dan hanya boleh digunakan di kyrexstore.com. Cashback ditarik balik jika pesanan dibatalkan atau dibayar balik.
Akaun: Akaun dibuat dengan e-mel anda semasa checkout; log masuk menggunakan kod sekali guna yang dihantar ke e-mel tersebut. Jaga keselamatan e-mel anda.
Undang-undang: Terma ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia. Liabiliti kami bagi setiap pesanan terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar; hak anda di bawah Akta Perlindungan Pengguna 1999 tidak terjejas. Data peribadi dikendalikan mengikut Polisi Privasi kami.
